Business Development Manager – CPG&R

ABOUT THE ROLE
We seek a Business Development Director to be based in Germany, helping drive continued growth across our CPG&R (Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail) practice. You will be responsible for developing and managing business development and sales activities, working closely with EPAMs clients across the region.
You will understand the nuances associated with the latest platforms, architectures, and digital technologies along with how they align with EPAMs capabilities to deliver strategic solutions to our clients. You will focus on driving cross platform sales from prospecting through bid closing; developing new relationships and driving continued growth of EPAMs solutions.
Responsibilities
Sell Digital Transformation solutions using a consultative approach to meet revenue targets Lead Business Development, executing cross-functional plans against defined milestones Maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities within the client portfolio Develop deep knowledge of EPAMs solutions and oversee the preparation of value propositions Collaborate with EPAM partners, demonstrate teamwork, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communicator and able to maintain good working relationship with various shareholders
Requirements
Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated expertise in selling bespoke Digital technology solutions and delivering end-to-end services Language and Market Proficiency: Fluent in German with a deep understanding of the local CPGR (Consumer Goods & Retail) market with actionable network in both or either German Consumer Goods and Retail market Strategic Business Development: Track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities Collaborative Partnership Skills: Experience collaborating with 3rd party partners for shared propositions and co-selling opportunities, enhancing pipeline development Adaptable Leadership: Leadership qualities, team-oriented mindset, and adaptability to entrepreneurial environments Engineering Solutions Expertise: In-depth knowledge and prior experience in delivering bespoke engineering solutions Global Awareness and Effective Communication: Awareness of global digital trends, exceptional client management, business communication, and relationship-building skills
