We are looking for enrolled students, working students, temporary student workers, university students and technical college students who enjoy a part-time job in a hostel.
YOUR JOB
You work in the day and night service at the reception You are the contact person for our guests during their entire stay and are responsible for check-in and check-out You answer telephone and personal guest enquiries and provide information about local excursions, sights and additional services You prepare hot and cold drinks as well as snacks You ensure cleanliness in the bar and reception area
YOUR PROFILE
You are officially enrolled at university and have a valid enrolment certificate to a full time study. You enjoy dealing with guests - and you show it, no matter what time of day or night it is You are able to work independently, are highly committed and a team player Your German and English skills are on B2 level – of course we are happy for every additional language you are able to speak
