Receptionist (f/m/d) - Hospitality Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist (f/m/d) to join our team at MEININGER Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a host and create memorable stays for our guests
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs to optimize hotel occupancy
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide advice on local attractions and services
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks, including invoicing and quality checks
  • Work collaboratively with the F&B team to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Be flexible to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

  • First working experience in the hotel industry or passion for HORECA
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in German and English (solid A2-B1 level minimum), with any additional languages an advantage
