- Du verantwortest das Management und die fortlaufende Priorisierung des Produkt-Backlogs im Bereich Deep-Learning (inkl. MVTec-Deep-Learning-Tool).
- Du transferierst unsere Produktstrategie in Aufgabenpakete und begleitest deren Umsetzung in cross-funktionalen Teams (UX-Design, Forschung, Softwareentwicklung).
- Du arbeitest hierbei mit Nutzern und Kunden zusammen, um deren Bedürfnisse klar zu verstehen und entsprechende Produktanforderungen abzuleiten.
- Du arbeitest maßgeblich im Bereichsführungsteam in der Produktentwicklung von MVTec mit.
- Du hast ein Studium in einem IT- oder einem wirtschaftsnahen Studiengang abgeschlossen oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Du verfügst über ein solides Verständnis von Markt- und Kundenbedürfnissen im Umfeld industrieller Bildverarbeitung.
- Zudem runden deine sehr guten Kenntnisse im Bereich Deep Learning dein Profil ab.
- Du bringst eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der agilen Softwareentwicklung mit, idealerweise als Scrum-Product-Owner.
- Dich zeichnet eine exzellente, analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise und Problemlösungsfähigkeit aus.
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
