**Your role**:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who will be working with a cross-functional team of Data Analysts and Developers to continuously improve the way we process and visualize damage data.
- Act as the customers’ advocate understanding the user needs by
- developing a good understanding of user journeys and jobs-to-be-done
- ongoing usability testing for ideas
- Find solutions to address those taking into consideration value, usability, feasibility, and business viability risks. Do so by
- discovering problems and solutions within the Product Team (Product, Design, Tech)
- aligning findings with stakeholders in co-creation sessions
- Plan your items alongside other product teams
- align on dependencies and plan roadmaps for short term items
- develop a clear path ahead for mid/longer term planning
- Manage your scrum team’s backlog and item execution by
- sticking to release plans and go-live dates
- ensuring product communication towards stakeholders
- Continuously listen to customer feedback to broaden your horizon
- Be a teamplayer with great communication skills to facilitate exchange
- Invest time into broadening your expertise in product development
- Work in an agile environment to organize your work
- Liase with stakeholders and ensure product outcomes drive business impact
- Do so by defining and iterating on product metrics to understand value generated, market trends and customer behaviour
- Work closely with UI/UX to ensure visualizing complex data in a comprehensive way
- Build solutions along the value chain from analysis of incoming data to setting up interpretation rules as well as the visualization within our Vehicle History Report
- Be the recognized product expert and the primary contact for solving product-related problems

**Your profile**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a user centric focus
- Deep understanding and experience with agile methodologies including tool knowledge (Jira/Confluence), experience in Scaled Scrum would be a plus
- Experience in management of stakeholders and their expectations
- Proven track record in roadmap, backlog and sprint planning and delivering potentially sellable product increments each sprint
- Experience with the definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products
- General knowledge about project and product management
- The ability to break down complex matters into easy-to-understand pieces
- Entrepreneurial mindset with collaborative, problem-solving working style
- Creative, strategic, and analytical thinking
- High organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, combined with detail orientation
- Knowledge about market research and competitive analysis
- Ability to coordinate and work with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal and to take decisions
- Great interpersonal skills to develop relationships with team members, stakeholders and customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1+)
- Experience or strong interest in UI/UX topics are a great plus
