We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our Salesforce team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the product backlog and prioritize user stories in close coordination with process owners
  • Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Responsible for test management
  • Work closely with the development team, IT, and Salesforce team
Requirements:
  • Completed degree in economics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as a Product Owner
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud and corresponding certification
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Xray
  • Strong understanding of processes and systems
  • Decisive, enthusiastic, and quick grasp of things
  • Excellent communication skills and solution-orientation
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
