Commodity Manager / Strategischer Einkäufer Molekularbiologie / Genetik (m/w/d)Bei uns übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für:
  • Nachhaltige Einsparungen und Ermöglichung effizienter Betriebsabläufe durch Umsetzung von Warengruppenstrategien, mit Schwerpunkt auf Interaktion mit Geschäftspartnern, strategischen Initiativen und großen Ausschreibungen
  • Planung, Analyse, Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Warengruppenstrategie im Bereich Molekularbiologie / Genetik
  • Beziehungsmanagement und Abstimmung mit internen Interessengruppen und Lieferanten
  • Verantwortung für warengruppenbezogene Einsparungen und Leistungsziele im Bereich Molekularbiologie / Genetik
  • Sicherstellung der Erreichung der festgelegten Ziele und KPIs, einschließlich der Erreichung der Einsparungsziele
  • Beobachtung von Marktentwicklungen, Innovationen und Technologietrends und deren Anwendung bei der Formulierung und Umsetzung von Strategien
  • Mittel- und langfristige Planung für dedizierte Warengruppen aus der Molekularbiologie / Genetik n Abstimmung mit den Geschäftspartnern
  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen, Ausschreibungen und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Klärung von Anforderungen und Entwicklung von Detailspezifikationen im Hinblick auf Produkte und Dienstleistungen für Ausschreibungen (Bedarfs- und Spezifikationsmanagement)
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Verträgen (Rahmen-, Dienstleistungs-, Miet-, Leasing- und Personaldienstleistungsverträgen) in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen sowie der Rechtsabteilung
  • Ganzheitliche Betrachtung und Entwicklung von Vertragsmodellen mit Lieferanten unter Berücksichtigung spezifischer Gegebenheiten für das Unternehmen
  • Führen von Lieferantenevaluierungen, Ausschreibungen und Verhandlungen auf Basis von Wertgrenzen inkl. Vertragsmanagement
  • Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Einkaufsanforderungen, Bestellungen und Verträgen über die Einkaufssysteme
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von strategischen Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Verwaltung des Lieferantenportfolios und Erzielung von Bündelungseffekten und/oder Synergien (Pooling)
  • Überwachung und Bewertung der Lieferantenleistung nach definierten Standards bzw. Kriterien (Lieferantenevaluierungen/Lieferantenaudits
Mit diesen Kenntnissen können Sie überzeugen:
  • Ein einschlägiges Studium mit Einkaufs- oder Gesundheitsbezug (z.B. Betriebswirtschaft, Gesundheits- oder Supply Chain Management, Biologie) oder einem verwandten Bereich; alternativ eine Ausbildung mit zusätzlichen Qualifikationen oder Zertifizierungen im Einkaufs- oder Gesundheitswesen
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder in der Medizintechnikbranche
  • Idealerweise ein grundlegendes Verständnis für Medizin oder biologische Prozesse sowie die damit verbundenen Produkte, Verfahren und Technologien
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse über die spezifischen Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen von Produkten im Bereich Molekularbiologie / Genetik, einschließlich Instrumente, Reagenzien, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Laborausstattung
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten zu führen, um günstige Konditionen zu erzielen, einschließlich Preisen, Lieferzeiten und Serviceleistungen
  • Verständnis für regulatorische Anforderungen und Compliance-Standards im Gesundheitswesen
