Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrung im operativen und/oder strategischen Personalmanagement sammeln Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office Programmen (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Vertraulichkeit, Sicherheit, Datenschutz, Sensibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Teamfähigkeit und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit Überzeugendes und professionelles Auftreten sowie Kommunikationsgeschick Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
