About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR Business Partner team as an HR Business Partner Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our HR Business Partners, ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related processes and tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of HR-related processes and tasks, including the preparation and implementation of communication measures for works councils, employees, executives, and management.
  • Gain a comprehensive insight into the day-to-day business of an HR Business Partner, including strategic topics.
  • Support in the development and detailing of role profiles, including transferring roles into the existing career model, deriving skills based on the job profile, and transferring roles to the existing internal grading structure (remuneration structure).
  • Update our skills library, reviewing existing skills, researching and adding new skills.
  • Provide administrative support with regard to ongoing projects, including the preparation and editing of presentations, translation of documents (German/English).
Requirements
  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration, human resources management, (industrial/business) psychology, communication sciences, law, or similar.
  • Ideal experience in operational and/or strategic HR management.
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • Competencies in the areas of confidentiality, security, data protection, sensitivity, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a team and high communication skills.
  • Convincing and professional appearance and communication skills.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
