Wir suchen Verstärkung Wir, das ist ein HR Business Partner-Team bei der Bachner Group. In allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen stehen wir den Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften als Sparringspartner zur Seite. Gemeinsam kümmern wir uns um die verschiedenen Schwerpunkte wie Personalbetreuung und -entwicklung sowie On
- und Offboarding. Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie strategisch wichtige Themen und entwickeln Maßnahmen und Instrumenten zur Mitarbeiterbindung.

Sie recherchieren und identifizieren neue Trends im HR, bilden sich stetig weiter und bringen Ihr Know-how in die Personalarbeit ein. Sie genießen das Vertrauen, Ihre Ideen und Konzepte in unseren Arbeitsalltag voranzubringen und sich mit Ihren Aufgaben weiterzuentwickeln.

Das erwartet Sie:

- Sie sind Sparringspartner für die Führungskräfte in Ihrem Betreuungsbereich und beraten selbstständig in allen personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten
- Für Ihre Fachbereiche leiten Sie konkrete Ziele und Maßnahmen von unserer HR-Strategie ab und setzten diese in die Praxis um
- Sie führen und moderieren souverän und routiniert Beratungs-, Mitarbeiter
- und Konfliktgespräche
- Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die Planung und Durchführung von strategischen HR-Projekten sowie bei Change-Prozessen
- Es erwartet Sie ein breitgefächerter Mix aus operativem Tagesgeschäft und konzeptioneller sowie strategischer HR-Arbeit

Ihre Stärken sind gefragt:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR oder eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Personalbereich, z. B. zum Personalfachkaufmann
- und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Gute Kenntnisse im Tarif
- und Arbeitsrecht, sowie Steuer
- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit gehören zu Ihren Stärken
- Sie haben optimalerweise bereits die Einführung eines neuen HR Management-Systems begleitet
- Sie haben Lust, mit uns die Dinge zu verändern - Aufgaben gehen Sie aktiv und ergebnisorientiert an
