- Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der Sales-Operationsprozesse
- Vertragsmanagement z.B. Überprüfung der Vertragsdaten, Datenbankpflege und Dokumentenverwaltung
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung interner Korrespondenz
- Weiterentwicklung des Kundenservices im Bereich Mehrfamilienhäuser und Wohnungswirtschaft
- Unterstützung beim Ausbau des firmeneigenen CRM-Systems als Key User
- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Erfahrung in der Telekommunikationsbranche von Vorteil
- Versierter Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen sowie erste Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
