Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
Die Business Unit Electrical Systems sorgt für ein umfangreiches Sortiment an Klebebändern für die Kabelsatzwicklung für die Automobilindustrie. Die Klebebänder halten die Kabel zuverlässig und effizient zusammen und schützen zudem vor unerwünschten Nebengeräuschen und Reibung. Der Produktentwickler (m/w/d) bearbeitet entsprechende Aufgabenstellungen mit folgenden Schwerpunkten:
Mitarbeit in sowie die eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung in Produktentwicklungs-, Rohstoff- und Verlagerungsprojekten im Bereich Electrical SystemsEntwicklung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Produkten inklusive der Erstellung von Versuchsplänen sowie der Herstellung und Prüfung von Produktmustern im LaborScale-up vom Labor- zum kommerziellen Maßstab inklusive der Planung, Begleitung, Bewertung und Dokumentation von Technikums- und ProduktionsversuchenEntwicklung von anwendungstechnischen Prüfverfahren sowie die selbstständige Planung, Durchführung, Bewertung und Dokumentation von anwendungstechnischen Untersuchungen für KundenPräsentieren von Ergebnissen im Rahmen von Seminaren und Meetings Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Funktionen aus den Produktionswerken, dem Marketing, der Technologieentwicklung sowie internationalen SchnittstellenZusammenarbeit mit externen Experten wie Hochschulen und Lieferanten sowie die Beratung von Kunden im Zusammenhang mit technischen FragenDas ist Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in technischen Studiengängen wie Verfahrenstechnik, Materialwissenschaften, Chemieingenieurswesen. Ausgeprägtes Interesse an dem gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozess, angefangen im Labor bis hin zur letztendlichen Produktion Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutschkenntnisse von VorteilSchnelle Auffassungsgabe, Eigeninitiative und KreativitätLösungsorientierte, selbstständige und strukturierte ArbeitsweiseHohe kommunikative Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit, auch in internationalen TeamsWir haben weitere aktuelle Stellen in diesem Bereich, die Sie unten finden können
