A Data Privacy Coordinator supports all MedTech business units. We at Johnson & Johnson strive to maintain the highest standards of quality, integrity, compliance, and accountability

As a member of Johnson & Johnson's global privacy team, the Privacy Coordinator will act independently as the local privacy coordinator while supporting the Senior Privacy Manager in implementing the privacy programme.

We offer an interesting working environment with many development opportunities for you in an exciting market. Your main tasks will be to advise the business units on data protection issues and to promote a culture of compliance.

We are looking for support in the local implementation of our Global Privacy Compliance Framework and wish to entrust you with the following tasks:

- Contact person for employees and all relevant business partners, e.g. legal department, procurement and works council.
- Implement the local data privacy training plan in line with the regional approach.
- Support the company-wide data privacy incident process and monitor the resulting action plans.
- Ensure that internal records of processing activities are maintained in accordance with Article 30 GDPR.

**Qualifications**:

- Initial experience in a data privacy function in a company is expected (at least 2 - 3 years).
- In addition, we expect good knowledge of current IT systems, information security procedures and practices, as well as a comprehensive understanding of applicable European and local data protection laws and regulations.
- CIPP/E certification a plus.
- You will be in contact with multiple business units and functions, using your sophisticated interpersonal, facilitation, communication and presentation skills in English and German (required).
