Your Challenge
Together with the Sales Team for DACH Region, you will independently manage our customers You will serve as the point of contact for our customers and ensure expert consultation Identify market segments and products of interest and communicate with Delta R&D Your main responsibilities include targeted phone acquisition of potential customers, coordinating and handing over orders to the executing operational unit As an Inside Sales Manager, you are also responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, including creating and tracking quotations Simultaneously, you will nurture your sales opportunities and meticulously organize your sales activities in our CRM systemCreating weekly and monthly reports for the team is also part of the responsibilities.Research and compilation of lists of potential customers on LinkedIn, Google Alerts/Searches, and other tools
Your Profile
Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems Strong skills in MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Fluent in German and English, Knowledge of Chinese(Mandarin) is a plus
