Role Overview
Drive new business initiatives and manage key accounts within the German market, including follow-up, proactive project management, and contract negotiations; Collaborate closely with customer Procurement and R&D teams to define appropriate products and terms; Coordinate operational tasks with engineering teams and manufacturing to ensure timely product launches; Develop and implement business strategies while creating market analyses, including competitive assessments; Manage weekly sales forecasts and orders, providing data and sales reports for monthly evaluations; Support cross-business group and unit accounts, promoting cross-selling initiatives.Candidate Qualifications
Strong understanding of EC Fans, Industrial HVAC systems, packaged air-conditioning, and heat recovery ventilation; Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field; At least 3 years of hands-on sales experience in ODM/OEM environments with international firms; Proven track record in key account management; Excellent ability to discuss technical and commercial aspects with customers and colleagues in Asia; Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently; Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving objectives; Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; Proficient in both spoken and written English and German; Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (30%) and occasionally to Asia.-
