Who are we?
Our inner drive is to design the best powertrain of the future In our center, we control the drive systems of Mercedes-Benz and thus all units, from combustion engines and transmissions to electric motors and batteries. In the exciting phase of technological change, we manage the Powertrain and e-Drive product projects across departments in line with our motto "We drive the Star".
We in the "Program Management Drives EVA2 & MB.EA-L" team play a decisive role in this and are looking for reinforcement.

We manage the powertrain in the transformation - you are an active part of our team and work with us to ensure transparency in complex subject areas We optimize the powertrain portfolio in terms of customer benefits, costs and complexity - you can participate in the design with creative input We coordinate the cooperation with our internal business partners - you are responsible for the organization and implementation of cross-functional working groupsWhat is important to us? In the advertised position, you will not only support the scheduling and rollout planning of all drive systems and units, but also the overall program management of the drives for Mercedes-Benz vehicles - this includes managing deadlines, costs and maturity level of the drive system as well as representing the drive in the strategic vehicle projects A close exchange with cross-functional areas in the drive and the vehicle is therefore necessary In addition, you will be responsible for the support and organization of various committees QualifikationenWho are we looking for?
