About this role :
We are currently looking for a (Junior) CRM specialist - French Speaker t o join and support our Connect tribe. Amongst many exciting challenges at GSG, you will:
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the CRM communications for our brand within the Connect Tribe to drive user activation and retention
Your Profile :
University degree in IT, Business Administrations, Marketing, Informatics Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of CRM, preferably in a start-up or e-commerce sector Hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM tools (e.g. Blueshift, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget) i ncluding scripting knowledge for advanced dynamic content like AMP script, liquid etc Strong knowledge of database and SQL HTML is a plus Strong analytical skills Ability to identify relevant business KPIs and optimizing our strategies where necessary Have a can-do attitude Fluency French and English both written and spoken (other languages are a plus)
