**About this role**:
We are currently looking for a **(Junior) CRM specialist** - **French Speaker t**o join and support our Connect tribe. Amongst many exciting challenges at GSG, you will:
***Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement the CRM communications for our brand within the Connect Tribe to drive user activation and retention

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in IT, Business Administrations, Marketing, Informatics
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of CRM, preferably in a start-up or e-commerce sector
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM tools (e.g. **Blueshift, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget) i**ncluding scripting knowledge for advanced dynamic content like AMP script, liquid etc
- Strong knowledge of** database and SQL HTML is a plus**:

- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to identify relevant business KPIs and optimizing our strategies where necessary
- Have a can-do attitude
- Fluency **French **and English both written and spoken (other languages are a plus)
