Deine Aufgaben

Du denkst die Breuninger Shopping App ist bereit für das „next level“? Und du hast auch schon eine visionäre Idee, wie das gelingen kann? Dann komm zu uns ins Team als Strategic App Manager (m/w/d).

Du wirkst maßgeblich bei der Entwicklung der Strategie für unsere mobile Shopping App mit, die die App auf das nächste Level heben wird. Du trägst die ganzheitliche Erfolgsverantwortung für die App-Strategie, daher bist du auch für deren erfolgreiche Etablierung und Operationalisierung im Unternehmen verantwortlich. Das umfasst .Das Management-Reporting zum Erfolg der App-Strategie.Die Steuerung der quartalsweisen teamübergreifenden Planung der Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung.Die Optimierung der Prozesse rund um die businessseitige Planung, Steuerung und Erfolgskontrolle der App und die Befähigung der Stakeholder zu einer data-driven App-First-Steuerung.Markt & Wettbewerb, Trends, Technologien, Services und potenzielle Dienstleistungspartner im Kontext App im Blick zu haben und diese gemeinsam mit dem App Produktmanager zu bewerten.Du arbeitest hierbei eng mit den Teams Produktmanagament, Onsite Merchandising, Onsite Content & Campaigns, Customer Marketing, Digital Instore & Multichannel sowie Analytics zusammen.

Dein Profil

Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen App-Strategie, nutzerzentrierte App-Weiterentwicklung sowie kpi-basierte Steuerung des App-Business im E-Commerce mit. Du bist nicht nur ein App- und Digital-Enthusiast, sondern kennst dich auch im Fashion & Lifestyle Umfeld aus. Du bist erfahren im Projektmanagement und der lateralen Steuerung crossfunktionaler Teams. Du überzeugst andere durch kommunikative Kompetenz und Kollaborations-stärke und bist dabei stets ergebnisorientiert. Als starke Persönlichkeit bewegst du dich sicher in einem dynamischen und komplexen Arbeitsumfeld. Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medien- und Kommunikationsmanagement oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
