For the long-term reinforcement of our Hardware Engineering team, we are looking for a

Digital Hardware Design Engineer (m/f/d)

 

What will expect you in this role:
  • Development of digital and mixed signal circuits
  • Special focus on high speed digital circuits (FPGA, up to 10 GSPS DAC / ADC, JESD204, 10GE etc.)
  • Building up of a deep technical understanding of high speed circuit design and layout
  • Layout of complex PCBs
  • Documentation of development results
  • Simulation of high speed interfaces
  • Bring up and test of prototypes 
  • Intensive collaboration with embedded software team
What you can contribute:
  • Completed studies in electrical engineering
  • First experience in the field of mixed signal circuit design and high speed digital circuit design
  • Knowledge of high speed serial interfaces
  • Knowledge about electromagnetic interference and compatibility
  • Experience in PCB layout is of advantage
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Initial work experience in the above-mentioned areas is preferred, but not essential if relevant experience is available, e.g. from internships, thesis or other projects
