This international firm, founded over 10 years ago, has quickly established itself in the financial services sector. With continuous growth and strategic acquisitions, it offers a comprehensive range of fund and corporate management services. Now with nearly 70 employees, the company is expanding further and is looking for a Company Secretary to strengthen its team.

Company Secretary in AIFM - Your Role :

As a Company Secretary, you will play a key role in the legal and administrative department. The tasks involve managing a portfolio of corporate clients by overseeing company operations such as incorporation, liquidation, and daily activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and coordinating corporate documents (agreements, contracts, etc.).
  • Handling bank account openings.
  • Organizing board meetings and preparing necessary documentation (board packs, minutes, PoA).
  • Addressing client queries and coordinating cross-border transactions (e.g., acquisitions).
  • Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders (clients, lawyers, banks).
  • Supporting compliance and facilitating AML/KYC processes by preparing relevant documents.
  • Managing corporate filings with the Luxembourg Business Register and maintaining internal databases.

You will join an experienced team, supervised by a manager who is directly involved in overseeing fund-related activities.

Company Secretary in AIFM - Your Profile:

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in alternative fund management, ideally within an asset manager or a ManCo and in the same position.

You are fluent in English, with proficiency in French or Italian being a plus.

You are detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where multitasking and prioritization are essential.

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in law.

Your attention to detail and ability to handle complex cases have been recognized in your previous roles.
