To support our growth, we are recruiting for a Manager specialized in project management for our Change & Technology Unit (CTU). The CTU team is responsible for delivering projects related to changes in business processes and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitor and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and development teams to measure project progress, resolve issues, and deliver on time.
  • Work with the IT Operations and Digital Factory divisions to ensure successful project delivery on technology building projects.
  • Manage change requests, identify and manage project risks and issues, and monitor project progress and report on project status, including financials, to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and company policies.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar (or equivalent professional experience).
  • At least five years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies.
  • Excellent speaking and presentation skills; able to communicate and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Previous experience in managing and coaching a team is desirable.
  • Distinguish yourself by your organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Fluent in English. Any other languages are considered an asset.
