Coordinator Document Management & Tools (f/m/d)

Customer Service inspired by you - Your tasks

Coordinate workflows preparing technical documentation / manuals to ensure smooth running.

Take care for OL reporting tools (Print Decision Logfile and Shipping overview) to keep function and content up to date according to actual needs. Create and maintain necessary OBI reporting to ensure reliable and up to date stock and supply information. Handle all kinds of diagnostic complaints and decide how to solve involving TPS, MC Diagnostic team, Denso or Toyota. In case diagnostic trouble was reported evaluate root causes as far as possible and decide best way of correction together with related departments, take action to inform network if applicable. Coordinate current deliverables and processes as well as modify or create them according to market and corporate needs. Evaluate newly developed SST’s and establish priority for European market. Plan, develop, implement and follow up the deliverables in publications and tools areas.

Coordinate workflows with internal interfaces to support shared planning and mutual understanding.

Handle MC’s and NSC/Distributors’ various requests and inquiries. Input market concerns to MC and solve together. Work closely with various parties including NSCs, Distributors, Vendors, MLE and other Departments at MME and MC.

Coordinate the implementation of relevant best-fit IT systems, proactively suggesting improvements.

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent technical education (e.g. engineer, master technician) Several years experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a document management division Basic vehicle technology knowledge preferably with focus diagnostics of electronical systems Understanding of dealership/workshop processes Basic understanding of IT systems (operating system Windows, installing programs, setup WIFI connections and administrating PC user-rights) Affinity for new technology like smartphones tablets Fluent written and spoken German and English, any other European language is an asset Teamplayer
