Document Management Coordinator

Job Title: Coordinator Document Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Customer Service department in Leverkusen as Coordinator Document Management.

Your Tasks:
  • Coordinate workflows to ensure smooth preparation and distribution of technical documentation and manuals.
  • Manage OL reporting tools to maintain up-to-date information and ensure functionality.
  • Create and maintain OBI reporting to provide reliable stock and supply information.
  • Handle diagnostic complaints and collaborate with TPS, MC Diagnostic team, Denso, and Toyota to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate current deliverables and processes, modifying or creating new ones as needed to meet market and corporate requirements.
  • Evaluate newly developed SSTs and prioritize them for the European market.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and follow up on publications and tools area deliverables.
  • Coordinate workflows with internal interfaces to support shared planning and mutual understanding.
  • Handle MCs and NSC/Distributor requests and inquiries.
  • Work closely with various parties, including NSCs, Distributors, Vendors, MLE, and other departments at MME and MC.
  • Coordinate the implementation of relevant best-fit IT systems and suggest improvements.
Your Profile:
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent technical education.
  • Several years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in document management.
  • Basic vehicle technology knowledge, preferably with a focus on diagnostics of electronic systems.
  • Understanding of dealership/workshop processes.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, including Windows operating systems, installing programs, setting up Wi-Fi connections, and administering PC user rights.
  • Affinity for new technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English, with any other European language being an asset.
  • Team player.
