SIE HANDELN
Als Project Scheduler sind Sie Ansprechpartner für integrierte Terminpläne und verantwortlich für deren Erstellung in der Sales und Execution Phase; dazu gehört:
Erstellen von integrierten Terminplänen für internationale Großprojekte Übergeordnete Terminsteuerung der gesamten internen Wertschöpfungskette (E/P/C) Überwachen, kontrollieren und konsolidieren von zugehörigen Terminplänen höherer Granularität Hauptansprechpartner und Fachexperte innerhalb des Projektteams zu allen Themen der Terminplanung und -steuerung Pflege und Aktualisierung der integrierten Terminpläne Überwachung des Projektfortschritts und Überprüfung entsprechender Prognosen Verantwortlich für die Erstellung zugehöriger Progress Reports Analyse der Terminpläne hinsichtlich Abweichungen und Auswertung kritischer Pfade im Projekt Aus- und Bewertung von Pufferzeiten, kritischer Trends, What-if-Szenarien u.ä. Kommunikation als Teil des Kernteams mit Kunde und Hauptgeschäftspartnern
SIE WISSEN
Sie haben ein Studium der Ingenieurs- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften erfolgreich absolviert und verfügen über mindestens 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung in der operativen Terminsteuerung von Großprojekten im Anlagenbau. Ferner sind uns wichtig:
sehr gute Kenntnisse der Tools Primavera und MS Project technische Affinität und die Fähigkeit zur Einarbeitung in entsprechende technische Themen strukturierte, selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einem hohen Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Verbindlichkeit Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift hohe Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
