Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) - Manager (m/w/d)
Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Managementsysteme ISO , und sowie Vorbereitung/Durchführung entsprechender Audits; Überwachung und Entwicklung der Produktqualität; Bearbeitung von Reklamationen auf Basis von 8D-Reports und Salesforce; Durchführung von internen Schulungen und Weiterbildungen der Mitarbeitenden; Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit in Koordination mit einem externen Dienstleister Erstellung und Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen; Durchführung von Sicherheitsaudits und Arbeitsschutz-Ausschuss-Meetings; Durchführung von Gesundheitsmaßnahmen/-events; Aktive Mitwirkung bei Projekten.Sie sind ideal mit dem folgenden Profil:
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und entsprechende Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder Studium des Ingenieurwesens oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines produzierenden, bestenfalls kunststoffverarbeitenden, Industrieunternehmens; Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualitätsfachkraft/Auditor etc.; Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort & Schrift); Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Softwarelösungen (MS Office insb.
