We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Therapy Success Manager:in to join our team at Elona Health GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering people to improve their mental health.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer-specific sales and therapy success strategies
- Provide ongoing support to psychotherapists to ensure successful therapy outcomes in their work with our digital health application, elona therapy
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Respond to customer inquiries and engage in dialogue with users
- Assist with onboarding new users
- Develop expertise in our digital health application, elona therapy
- You enjoy promoting medical products and interacting with customers
- You are comfortable approaching new people, engaging in conversation, and convincing them about the product
- You demonstrate initiative, a high level of customer and service orientation, and a strong willingness to learn
- You have an interest in the healthcare market, particularly in psychotherapy, and show affinity for digital products
- You are eager to grow with us and see it as a challenge to take the leap
- You are accustomed to or interested in working in a fast-paced environment
- You bring positive energy to the team and to your customers
- You possess excellent communication skills in German (must-have) and English
- You work reliably, carefully, and creatively
- You are interested in digital health and innovative therapy methods
- Nice to have: you are a psychologist or psychotherapist (in training)
