We are looking for a talented and visionary Lead Product Manager (f/m/x) to drive innovation and shape the future of healthcare through cutting-edge technology. Specifically, you will lead the development of a companion app for pharmaceutical products, working closely with our life sciences partners. What you can expect from us

  • Drive Product Vision: Lead the development of a companion app for pharmaceutical products on top of the Sidekick platform, partnering with leading life sciences companies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Strategic Leadership: Set the product strategy, roadmap, and growth plans, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision. Guide cross-functional teams to successfully bring products to market and overcome any roadblocks along the way.
  • Product Ownership: Take ownership of your product, monitoring market trends, competition, and opportunities for growth to ensure continued success and relevance.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and ensure that your product meets all necessary regulatory standards for global markets, working closely with our regulatory team and life sciences partners to secure clearances and approvals.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Collaborate with user research to deeply understand patient needs, pain points, and opportunities for impact, ensuring we remain focused on outcomes that matter.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage insights from analytics, testing, and user feedback to inform your decisions and continuously improve product offerings.
  • Collaborative Excellence: Partner with teams across the organization, including commercial, finance, and regulatory teams, to create products that are not only innovative but also feasible and compliant in global markets.
Your profile

  • Visionary Leader: You have 10+ years of experience in digital product management, with a passion for improving lives through technology.
  • Strategic Thinker: You thrive on big-picture thinking while ensuring attention to detail in execution. You understand the market, regulatory landscapes, and the business case behind every product decision.
  • Patient-Centric: You are motivated by the opportunity to deliver solutions that truly make a difference in people’s lives.
  • Agile & Adaptable: You are experienced in agile methodologies and comfortable managing the complexities of product development in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-Driven: You use data to inform decisions, continually seeking ways to improve products and their impact.
  • Strong Communicator and Negotiator: You possess excellent communication (written and verbal) as well as storytelling and negotiation skills, effectively conveying ideas and driving alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: You hold a degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, Product Design, or a similar field.
