About the Role

We are seeking a talented and visionary Lead Product Manager to drive innovation and shape the future of healthcare through cutting-edge technology. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of a companion app for pharmaceutical products, working closely with our life sciences partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with our company's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and opportunities for growth to ensure continued success and relevance.
  • Oversee the development of a companion app for pharmaceutical products, ensuring it meets all necessary regulatory standards for global markets.
  • Work closely with user research to deeply understand patient needs, pain points, and opportunities for impact.
  • Leverage insights from analytics, testing, and user feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital product management, with a passion for improving lives through technology.
  • Strategic thinking and attention to detail in execution.
  • Patient-centric approach and motivation to deliver solutions that make a difference in people's lives.
  • Agile and adaptable, with experience in managing complexities of product development in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven decision-making and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.
