Lead Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lead Product Manager to join our App & Web Team at ABOUT YOU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing our customer experience in our apps and website.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Improvement & Feature Delivery: Lead the identification of opportunities to enhance our product and oversee the feature delivery pipeline, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize reports and analyses to drive actions oriented toward customer needs, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage and communicate with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration to drive business success.
Issue Triage & Technical Dependencies: Address operational issues, identify technical dependencies, and evaluate business impact, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption to our services.
International Collaboration: Lead and be part of an international product team, delivering features to millions of users worldwide, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Team Leadership: Act as a role model, maintain high team morale, and drive project success. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Agile Environment: Lead in a dynamic international environment with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes, promoting agility and adaptability to drive business innovation.
Deep understanding of technology, business processes, and functional dependencies: Proven experience in the e-commerce industry, with a deep understanding of technology, business processes, and functional dependencies.
Proven experience in IT product management or IT project management: At least 3 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management, with a focus on direct product ownership and a proven track record of delivering results.
Leadership experience: Ideally first experience in leading cross-functional teams, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve business objectives.
Strong communication skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to understand diverse perspectives and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Data Analytics Proficiency: Practical experience with tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar, with a keen analytical mind and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
Paying close attention to details: A proactive attitude with a willingness to take responsibility and go the extra mile to ensure high-quality results.
Comfortable working in an international environment: Comfortable working in an international environment, with a willingness to adapt to different cultures and work styles.
