Responsibilities Verantwortung für die Leitung und Führung des Fachbereichs mechanische Montage unter Berücksichtigung strategischer und organisatorischer Ziele Führung und Management mehrerer Mitarbeiterteams, einschließlich auf Managementebene Förderung und Weiterqualifizierung von Gruppenleitern und Supervisoren Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Montagebereichs in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Director Assembly und der Geschäftsführung, einschließlich Ressourcenplanung, Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen, Kostenreduktion und Qualitätssteigerung Sicherstellung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts, termingerechter Montagen und Überwachung externer Montageeinsätze Regelmäßige Überwachung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und Montagetechniken, Planung der Hallenbelegung und Problemlösung in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fertigungsbereichen, Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung für Mitarbeiter, Sicherheitsverantwortung und Auslastungsplanung für alle Standorte Requirements Erfolgreich abgeschlossene 3-jährige Berufsausbildung im Bereich Industriemechanik, Elektronik für Betriebstechnik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder Qualifikation, ergänzt durch eine 2-jährige Fachausbildung als Meister/Techniker (m/w/d) sowie langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Montage Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in der Inbetriebnahme komplexer Maschinen und Anlagen sowie in der Automatisierungstechnik Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der internationalen Kundenbetreuung und umfassende Führungserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld Hohes Maß an Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Leistungs-und Einsatzbereitschaft Zielorientierter und kooperativer Führungsstil, Motivationsfähigkeit und positive Führungspersönlichkeit Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Bereitschaft zu Reisen im In- und Ausland
