Du konzipierst eine individuelle Abteilungsstrategie, in Anlehnung an die spezifischen Bedürfnisse der Produktbereiche und Operating Companies, und setzt diese im Tagesgeschäft um Du stellst mit deinem Team sicher, dass die Commerz Real AG, die angeschlossenen Gesellschaften sowie die betreuten Assets jederzeit einen angemessenen Versicherungsschutz erhalten Du identifizierst, klassifizierst und bewertest versicherbare Risiken, “rund um den Lebenszyklus eines Assets” in Zusammenarbeit mit allen am Risikomanagement beteiligten Einheiten Du koordinierst das Schadenmanagement intern und extern Du kommunizierst zu versicherungsfachlichen Themen und berätst alle Produktbereiche der Commerz Real AG Du wählst Kooperationspartner aus, steuerst diese und sorgst für Qualitätssicherung unter wirtschaftlichen und rechtlichen Aspekten bei der Versicherungsvermittlung oder Direktplatzierung von Deckungen Du beobachtest und analysierst die Versicherungsmärkte und Versicherungsprodukte Du leitest die kontinuierliche Prüfung versicherungsrelevanter Maßnahmen mit den Zielen der Risikoprävention und Optimierung des Versicherungsschutzes Du erarbeitest versicherungsrelevante Richtlinien und Anweisungen Du führst die Mitarbeiter durch Vorbild und partnerschaftlichen Dialog Du pflegst und entwickelst das abteilungseigene IRM-System stets weiter Du hast bereits in einer ähnlichen Position, in Verbindung mit der Betreuung von internationalen Assets (Immobilien, Erneuerbare Energien, Sonstige), in der Versicherungsbranche gearbeitet Du kennst die üblichen Vertrags- und Programmformen der relevanten Sparten im internationalen Geschäft, nebst ihren Besonderheiten Du bist vertraut mit Anforderungen aus Kredit-, Errichtungs- Kauf-, Miet-/ Pacht- und Betreiber-Verträgen  Du hast erste Führungserfahrung erlangt, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und treibst Deine Themen voran Du verstehst Dich als Dienstleister und Berater für die Fachbereiche und Kunden
