Summary:Our brands are available to consumers in more than 200 countries & territories. They are brought to our consumers through a network of independent, Company-owned, or controlled bottling partners, as well as distribution partners who manufacture, distribute, and sells finished branded beverages to customers.
Germany is one of the largest, most important Coca-Cola markets globally with significant headroom for Stills growth (i.e. non sparkling). This new role - Stills Operations Director - reports directly to President of West Operations, but on day-day basis to VP DDFI, plugs into CCEP and is an integral part of the Europe Stills Network.
We are looking for candidates with commercial & operational acumen, strategic line of sight, appetite for growth, who can collaborate, build strong relationships, and who´s not afraid to personally roll up their sleeves.
What You’ll Do for Us
As a member of DE Leadership Team, you lead priority categories that is part of the Stills Acceleration plan all the way from business planning to execution together with CCEP, & you´re a part of the Europe Stills Network. In more detail:
Deliver top & bottom-line growth within prioritized categories in the Stills Acceleration Plan. Support long-range and annual business plan in collaboration with CCEP to unveil growth opportunities. Lead execution of annual business plan together with CCEP (consumer, shopper, commercial) across channels and secure in-market excellence. Partner with marketing to ensure we have demand levers to grow consumer base. Track our business performance and re-plan when necessary. Track and understand competitive performance and create plans to capture opportunities or address threats. Support RGM (Revenue Growth Management), with CCEP and KO RGM teams. Glue DE Network: CCEP: Channel/RGM/Category/activations. KO; FLA/Category/Finance/Technical, Strategy. and mobilize necessary cross functional resources to identify and resolve barriers to growth. Design and lead Stills governance within Germany and wider Europe Stills Network. Deliver the playbook in other countries within the region, when & where required.And in Return, What we Can Do For You

Significant Business experience in Operation / Commercial / Marketing Knowledge of portfolio management & priority-setting Experience driving complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders of different seniority levels Understands shopper, channel, customer, supply chain and brand P&L’s Knowledge of the German market helps Ability to influence with numbers, concepts & ideas in both written and oral form Adaptable, communicates clearly & succinctly and builds deep relations with wide network of stakeholders Consultant and servant leadership – challenges status quo and not afraid to roll up sleaves personallyCore Capabilities Required
