Deine Aufgaben als Sales Consultant (m/w/d):
  • Akquise von Neukunden im IT-Bereich in Hamburg: telefonisch, vor Ort oder über andere Wege – wie es für dich am besten funktioniert
  • Nachhaltiger Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Durchführung von Marktrecherchen und Identifizierung von Unternehmen mit IT-Stellen
  • Steuerung des Bewerbungsprozesses
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting-Team: Wir stellen dir die passenden Kandidaten für die zu besetzenden Positionen
Das bringst du mit als Sales Consultant (m/w/d): 
  • Erfahrung in der Personalvermittlung/Direktvermittlung - am liebsten im IT-Bereich 
  • Sales-Mentalität und einen Leistungsanspruch an dich selbst
  • Du bist bereit auch mal die Extrameile zu gehen
  • Du suchst ein innovatives Arbeitsumfeld und möchtest den Aufbau eines neuen Geschäftsbereichs begleiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
