DEINE ROLLE - DAS WARTET AUF DICH

Vermitteln und Gestalten - Du bist Schlüsselspielerin bzw. Schlüsselspieler für unseren Unternehmenserfolg und bewegst dich an der Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachabteilungen und der IT. Als UX-Experte bist du für die Analyse, Ideenentwicklung und Konzeption im User Centered Design-Prozess für Web-, Mobile- und Softwareentwicklungs-Projekte zuständig.

Dein Aufgabengebiet im Einzelnen beinhaltet:

Erarbeitung von UX- und Usability-Konzepten im Kontext von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Requirements Engineers, Software Architects, Software DevelopersAnwendung von state-of-the-art Methoden zur Analyse, Definition und Evaluation pragmatischer UX-Konzepte (darin: Customer Journey, Informationsarchitektur, Interaktionsdesign uvm.)Entwicklung von Low- und High-Fidelity-Prototypen in Form von WireframesDurchführung von QualitätsprüfungenKundennahe Beratung bei der Definition und Umsetzung von UX-Konzepten in Unternehmen als Mittler zwischen den Interessen von verschiedenen Abteilungen, Personen oder GruppenNutzerzentrierte Umsetzung der Ideen und Anforderungen in schlüssige und stringente Konzepte und Prototypen unter Berücksichtigung der Business Ziele unserer KundenMitwirkung bei Vertriebsprozessen im Rahmen von Angebotserstellungen und Kundenpräsentationen

DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Human Computer Interaction, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswertIdealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in IT-BeratungsprojektenTiefgehende Kenntnisse zu den grundlegenden Konzepten von User Experience und User Centered Design (UCD)Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen zu UX-Methoden (Contextual Inquiry, Aufgabenanalyse, Personas, Usability Testing, Cognitive Walkthrough, Heuristische Evaluation, Fragebogenverfahren etc.), idealerweise vorhandene CPUX-F-ZertifizierungErfahrung in der Erstellung von Wireframes, Klickdummies und Prototypen und Berücksichtigung responsiver AnforderungenGute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Prototyping-Tools (z. B. Expression Blend, Sketch, Axure, Visio u. a.)Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen (DIN 9241-210) und standardisierter Prüfverfahren (z.B.
