Your Responsibilities

Are you a seasoned consultant seeking a new direction in your career? We present an opportunity for you to pivot your focus: enhance your expertise in a new IT domain, refresh your skill set with the latest technologies, or engage in high-level consulting moving forward.

Our Program – Engaging and Comprehensive
Over a period of six months, we will provide a customized blend of training and hands-on experience in your selected area of focus. With the guidance of a mentor, you will be equipped for the following tasks:

A three-month technical training in your chosen technology domain. Acquire relevant certifications during the upskilling process. Followed by another three months of job shadowing alongside one of our Senior Consultants, participating in projects and assuming responsibilities in your new area.

Your Role – Diverse and Challenging

Deliver strategic and technological consulting to our DAX clients, crafting innovative solutions in your area of specialization. Engage with advanced technologies in sectors such as Cloud & DevOps, DevSecOps & Cyber Defense, BI & Analytics, and more. Collaborate with agile teams, actively contributing to project success. Assist in the presales phase.

Your Profile

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Technology Consulting or 10 years in IT. Strong presentation and communication capabilities. Proven experience in managing complex projects and resolving conflicts. Initiative and a self-driven work ethic. A passion for continuous learning and an eagerness to understand new technologies.
