Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience including technology sales experience. Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new Oracle business. Business development, prospecting and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability. Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development. Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales and related issues. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Werde ein Teil unseres Cloud Sales Teams in Deutschland Werde  Cloud Sales Executive (m/w/*) am Standort Frankfurt oder München und betreue unseren  Enterprise Accounts.
Das Cloud Sales Team ist dafür verantwortlich im Rahmen des Oracle Cloud Portfolios (Infrastructure und Platform as a Service) innovative Lösungen bei unseren Kunden zu identifizieren und sie bei der Transformation zu begleiten. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt hierbei auf der Vermarktung auf unseren Cloud- und High Performance Computing Plattformen für die riesigen Datenmengen unserer Kunden.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Du möchtest neue Kunden für Oracle und die OCI begeistern und lässt dich von einem initialen „Nein“ nicht von deinem Ziel abhalten. Auf die enge Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Kunden um bestehende Oracle Cloud Opportunities auszubauen oder den Kunden in die Cloud zu entwickeln freust du dich bereits. Deine bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen, deine Erfahrungen in der Industrie und dein Wissen um die Vertragslage beim Kunden ermöglichen dir die zielgerichtete Transformation des Kunden in die Cloud. Die Vermarktung unserer Oracle Cloud Lösungen (IaaS/PaaS) und die Begeisterung deiner Kunden, unserer Partner und interner Kollegen machen dir besonders viel Spaß. Erfolgsgeschichten mit deinen Kunden aufzubauen und immmer auf dem Laufenden bzgl. aktueller Markttrends zu sein, ist für dich selbstverständlich. Regelmäßige Treffen mit C-Level Kontakten, um belastbare Kundenbeziehungen auszubauen, und die Steuerung großer Cloud Opportunities bringen dich nicht aus der Ruhe. Du arbeitest im Team mit deinen Lizenz-Kollegen um Erfahrungen auszutauschen, technische Diskussionen professionel zu managen und um Kampagnen zu steuern. Account Planung, Marktanalysen und Strategiemeetings im Cloud Bereich beim Kunden verantwortest du eigenständig.

Vertriebsleidenschaft, Begeisterung für Technologie und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus. Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Direktvertrieb und kannst große Cloud Deals gewinnen und deren Nutzung vorantreiben. Komplexe technologische Zusammenhänge von Anwendungen und Infrastrukturen kannst du schnell durchblicken, den Business Need erkennen und eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit generieren. Agilität zeichnet dich aus und du kannst strategische Opportunities identifizieren, steuern und abschließen. Mit deiner breiten Technologie-Expertise kommunizierst du unsere strategische Kernbotschaften punktgenau und erläuterst deinen Kunden wie . Container, Open Source Tools, DataManagement und Analytics Lösungen seinen Unternehmenserfolg sichern. Du kannst das kommerzielle Modell der Cloud Consumption erläutern und damit eine langfristige Nutzung der Oracle Cloud bewirken kannst. Durch deine optimistische und positive Einstellung begeisterst du Menschen und ermöglichst eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit von Projektteams aus unterschiedlichen Unternehmensbereichen. Systematisches Vorgehen und eine werteorientierte Arbeitsweise lassen dich bei deinem Kunden und bei deinem Manager präsent sein.
