Produkt - und Business Development Manager (m/w/d) Food & Nutrition

office based, 2 Tage Home Office sind möglich

Wir sind ein internationaler Food Ingredients Distributor. Sie betreuen einen unserer Key Lieferanten.

Sie haben z.B. Erfahrung im Verkauf an die folgenden Kategorieren: Bakery, Meat, Beverages, Confectionary or Protein

Aufgaben
  • Schaffen der Voraussetzungen für den Vertrieb zur Erhaltung bestehender und Entwicklung neuer Geschäfte mit bestehenden und neuen Produkten im Vertriebsgebiet D-A-CH sowie Förderung des Intercompany Verkaufs
  • Proaktive Mitgestaltung des Lieferanten-/Partnermanagements, Betreuung/Pflege der Beziehungen zu den allokierten Lieferanten zur Gewährleistung langfristiger Versorgungssicherheit
  • Interaktion mit den Lieferanten (standardisiert und individuell) und Sicherstellung eines regelmäßigen Informationsaustausches, Verhandlungen lokaler Preise und Bedingungen, Analyse und interne Kommunikation der Strategie, des Portfolio-Fokus und dessen Segmentierung
  • Verantwortung für die Produktentstehung im ERP-System sowie für die Bereitstellung relevanter Produkt- und Lieferantendokumentation
  • Steuerung des bedarfsgerechten Einkaufs der Waren unter Beachtung von Absatzzahlen, Beschaffungszeiten, Kosten
  • Proaktive Förderung der Markteinführung neuer Produkte im Vertriebsgebiet, Evaluation möglicher Applikationsbereiche und Kunden
  • Initiieren von Marketingkampagnen zur erfolgreichen Platzierung des Produktportfolios Erstellen von Marketingplänen, Marktpotentialanalysen, Bedarfsplänen
  • Beobachtung, Erfassung und Berichterstattung neuer Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen im Produktsegment
  • Verantwortung für das jährliche Budgetziel der jeweiligen Produkte, Planung des zukünftigen Budgets
  • Kaufmännische Unterstützung für den Vertrieb, u.a. Beschaffung und Kommunikation von Wettbewerbs- und Marktinformationen
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs in produkttechnischen Fragestellungen und Kunden-Projekten
  • Organisation von Trainings/Schulungen der Vertriebsmitarbeiter und der Technik/Labor und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Werbe- und Informationsmaterial
Qualifikation
  • Lebensmitteltechnologin/-technologe oder Abschluss einer Berufsausbildung im Lebensmittelsegment (z.B. Bäckerei, Molkerei) mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzqualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb oder Produktmanagement von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten im B2B-Umfeld (Food)
  • Unbedingte Vertriebsaffinität, Teamgeist und Macher-Mentalität
  • Fähigkeit, Menschen durch gute Beratung und Motivation zu überzeugen
  • Selbständige, organisierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
  • MS Office Kenntnisse und Bereitschaft, neue Instrumente (z.B. CRM-/ ERP-System) zu lernen und im täglichen Arbeitsumfeld einzusetzen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
