Corporate Data Protection Manager (w/m/d)
Unbefristet in Vollzeit

Willkommen in unserer zentralen Abteilung Corporate Compliance & Data Protection. Unser Team betreibt das zentrale Datenschutzmanagement der GLS Gruppe und entwickelt es stetig weiter.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen Corporate Data Protection Manager , der relevante und nachhaltige Veränderungen mit uns vorantreibt und seinen Aufgabenbereich aktiv mitgestaltet - am Standort in Eschborn bei Frankfurt und aus dem Homeoffice.

In Deiner Rolle alsberichtest Du direkt an den Teamleiter der Abteilung Corporate Data Protection und spielst eine Schlüsselrolle im internationalen Corporate Compliance & Directives Team. Du entwickelst den konzernweiten Datenschutzrahmen und leitest und unterstützt die lokalen Datenschutzbeauftragten in 18 europäischen Ländern.

Was erwartet Dich?

Weiterentwicklung des konzernweiten Datenschutz-Frameworks mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf der Einhaltung der EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung Entwicklung von Projekten und Prozessen zur Stärkung des Datenschutzes in der GLS Gruppe und Anleitung der lokalen Datenschutzbeauftragten bei deren Umsetzung Konzeption und Umsetzung von Datenschutzleitfäden, Schulungen und anderen Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen Indirekte Führung und fachliche Unterstützung der lokalen Datenschutzbeauftragten in 18 europäischen Ländern, einschließlich der Organisation jährlicher persönlicher Treffen und falls erforderlich Unterstützung vor Ort Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Datenschutzes als Bindeglied zur IT-Organisation der GLS-Gruppe durch rechtliche Beratung innerhalb von IT-Projekten Rechtsberatung und Koordinierung der Einhaltung von Datenschutzbestimmungen bei Projekten auf Gruppenebene Vertretung von GLS gegenüber Datenschutzbehörden und anderen externen Interessengruppen Vorbereitung von Kommunikationsunterlagen und Präsentationen, insbesondere für das Top-Management der GLS-Gruppe

Was bringst Du mit?

Volljurist in einem EU-Land mit Spezialisierung auf europäisches Datenschutzrecht Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen Solides Verständnis für technische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie hohe Affinität zu IT-Themen Hohes Maß an Organisationstalent und strukturierter Arbeitsweise, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Prozess- und Projektmanagement Englisch sprichst Du fließend, mit der Fähigkeit, rechtliche und technische Fragen praxisnah darzustellen
