Ihre Aufgaben 

  • Professioneller und serviceorientierter Umgang mit Kunden sowie Verständnis mit gängigen KPIs im Einzelhandel
  • Leidenschaftlicher Verkauf der hochwertigen Kollektionen
  • Aktiver Aufbau, Umgang und Pflege von nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehungen sowie die Durchführung von CRM Initiativen
  • Aktive Teilnahme und Betreuung der exklusiven Kundschaft während Events und Marketingaktionen

 

Ihr Profil 

  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrungen im hochwertigen Retail oder relevante Kundenerfahrung (Airline-Branche, Hotellerie oder Gastronomie)
  • Erfahrung im Erreichen von Verkaufsergebnissen speziell durch den Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowie stilvolles Auftreten und Freude am Arbeiten im Team
  • Neben sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen verfügen Sie optimalerweise auch über weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse
