  • Unterstützung des Key Account Managements bei dem strategischen und langfristigen Auf- und Ausbau von (Neu-)Kundenbeziehungen
  • Lead-Generierung mit dem Ziel langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen
  • Begleitung der Großkunden zusammen mit dem Account Management (vor, während und nach Vertragsabschluss)
  • Abstimmung und Vorbereitung auf Kundentermine
  • Teilnahme an Kundenterminen, Events und Messen
  • Pflege und Dokumentation des CRM
Dein Profil
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, im Vertrieb, im Vertriebsinnendienst, oder in vergleichbaren Postionen
  • Erfahrungen in der Softwarebranche ist von Vorteil
  • Selbstständiige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Teamfähigkeit und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Kommunikatives und proaktives Handeln
    Sicherer Umgang mit einem CRM
