About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team at AMERIA. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team, analysing business models for new products, and preparing data-driven decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our sales team in expanding our business and proposing our products as solutions to our customers' problems.
  • Analyse business models for new products and prepare data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we are always at the forefront of innovation.

About You:

  • You are enthusiastic about direct customer contact and support, like getting to know new people and like explaining things.
  • Customer satisfaction is close to your heart.
  • You are creative and like to show initiative in the implementation of your extraordinary ideas.
  • You are flexible, have organisational skills and always keep an eye on the big picture.
  • You are a team player and enjoy working with people.
  • You are ready for further training, especially in the areas of sales or customer service and also want to follow a steep learning curve in an innovative high-tech environment.
  • You have initial knowledge of the IT industry and want to develop this further.
  • You have very good experience in using Microsoft/Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You feel like preparing and running workshops.
  • You are interested in the topic of market research.
  • You have very good German and English skills and are a strong communicator on the phone, online and in person.
