Internship in the Corporate Office

As an intern in our "Corporate Office" department, you will work in a team for the overarching organization of the Board of Management and Supervisory Board committees of Mercedes-Benz AG. During your internship, you will support the committee manager and the team responsible for the organization of our Board of Management and Supervisory Board committees and various workshops and events and gain deep insights into how the CEO Office at Mercedes-Benz and subsequent areas work.
These are some of the challenges you will face:
Further development of our committee management software Supporting the responsible committee manager Support in the content and organizational preparation and follow-up of Board of Management and Supervisory Board meetings and internal appointments, i.e. creation of agendas, organizational preparation of meetings and follow-up, e.g. support in taking minutes. A central component of this is the close cooperation within the team as well as with subsequent departments and other Executive Board offices Preparation of meeting and discussion documents, speeches and presentations and all relevant activities for the implementation of the committees Support in the ongoing management topics of the Corporate Office, such as the coordination of task lists, reporting and topic planning Together with other team members, you will work on the further development of the conceptual and content-related design of committee management, such as the digitalization and automation of processes and tools with the aim of efficient committee design You will also be involved in the preparation and implementation of other workshops and events and support the Corporate Office in day-to-day business and additional projectsIn your work, you will collaborate across departments and hierarchies with various stakeholders in our company, such as other Executive Board offices, IT, Corporate Security and Communications, and thus gain far-reaching insights into our company.
Qualifikationen Business informatics, business/communication and/or law studies Strong analytical skills combined with a high degree of organizational talent Business fluent in written and spoken German and English Confident handling of MS Office (especially Power Point, Word and Excel) and collaboration tools (video conferencing) Experience in the automation and digitalization of processes High degree of teamwork, independence and initiative Structured, analytical and conceptual way of working Flexibility in the fulfillment of tasks Social, intercultural competence and strong communication skills Automotive affinity Initial practical experience of working in a corporate group or in organizational activities, preferably in committee/event managementAdditional information:
