Internship in Corporate Communications, Human Resources Communications team from September 2025

Would you like to immerse yourself in the multifaceted world of HR issues? Then apply for a six-month internship with us. The Human Relations (HR) team is responsible for worldwide communication with business, regional, daily and specialist media within the global corporate communications of Mercedes-Benz AG as well as for the internal communication of HR topics to the entire workforce. The variety of topics ranges from personality stories to training and further education to classic business-relevant HR topics.
Get to know internal communications and the everyday life of a press spokesperson, take the opportunity to gain an insight into the HR topics of an international company and actively help shape communications.
These are some of the challenges you will face:
Creating and editing articles for the social intranet as well as press releases and texts for external communication Conducting interviews on topics from the HR department Supporting the preparation/execution of internal events and press appointments Supporting the processing of internal inquiries, press inquiries and projects Creating question and answer catalogs (Q&As), briefings, presentations, etc. Assisting with cross-media communication campaigns and activities for the workforce Collaboration in the creation of communication concepts and the development of new communication formats Researching and preparing figures, data and facts (corporate data) Collecting and preparing internal posts, press clippings and documentation Qualifikationen Degree program: Communication sciences, humanities or social sciences, journalism, business administration/economics or a comparable degree program Initial practical experience in journalism or communication is an advantage Language skills: Confident written and spoken German and English skills IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office Personal skills: Creativity, curiosity and enthusiasm, flexibility and communication skills, personal commitment, organizational talent, reliability Other: Pleasure in creating texts, affinity and experience in dealing with social mediaAdditional information:
