Für unser Team im Bereich M&A Tax suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Standort Berlin einen (Assistant) Manager (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Immobilientransaktionen . Du übernimmst verantwortungsvolle Führung in einem vertrauensvollen Netzwerk. Bei steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen gehst Du die Extrameile, hast einen wachen Blick auf die relevante Gesetzgebung und begleitest das Wachstum unserer Mandanten national und international. Du zeigst Wirkung und bewegst viel.

Du bist für die umfassende steuerliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer national sowie international tätigen Mandantinnen und Mandanten bezüglich Unternehmenstransaktionen von Kapital- und Personengesellschaften sowie Wirtschaftsgütern (insbesondere Immobilien) verantwortlich
Du leitest Tax Due Diligence Prozesse
Mit Deiner Expertise bist Du auch in der Gestaltungs- und Strukturierungsberatung tätig
Steuerliche Gutachten und Stellungnahmen erstellst Du gewissenhaft
Du bist für die Erstellung von Steuererklärungen, Jahresabschlüssen und Reportings zuständig
Stärken, die Dich beruflich auszeichnen.
Dein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder juristisches Hochschulstudium hast Du mit steuerlichen Schwerpunkten erfolgreich abgeschlossen und im Rahmen Deiner bisherigen Tätigkeit bereits einschlägige Erfahrungen im Rahmen der Beratung im Bereich Steuern erworben
Idealerweise hast Du bereits Dein Steuerberaterexamen (erfolgreich) abgelegt
Du bist mit der steuerlichen Beratung im internationalen Transaktionsumfeld vertraut
Einsatzbereitschaft, eigenverantwortliches Handeln und analytisches Denken zählen zu Deinen Stärken
Als Teamplayer (m/w/d) freust Du Dich darauf sowohl eigenverantwortlich als auch gemeinsam mit dem Team unsere Mandantinnen und Mandanten bei den unterschiedlichsten Herausforderungen zu unterstützen
Deutsch und Englisch sprichst Du verhandlungssicher und gehst routiniert mit MS-Office-Anwendungen um
