We are looking fora Tax Manager (m/w/d)
Preparation and filing of all tax returns for German group companies (CIT, TT, VAT, WHT, property tax, Real estate transfer tax etc.)
Timely organize WHT exemption certificates for cross-border royalty and dividend payments
Organize and share with relevant stakeholders residency and taxpayer certificates as well as WHT exemption certificates for construction business
Share relevant data with internal stakeholders (e.g. TP team, Legal, Controller, FP&A team)
Establish and supervise a local tax compliance management system
Certified German tax advisor
Management of tax audits and litigations
Experience with finance ERP environments
Project management skills, including the ability to balance multiple tasks and work both autonomously and in a team
and other staff and management
At least C1 level in English
