We are currently looking for an M&A Tax Specialist (all genders) to join our Central Tax Team in Berlin. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to work in a leading multinational tech company that is shaping the future of work.

Your mission:
- Together with the M&A Tax Manager and/or other Central Team Members, you are the internal contact person for our Strategy and M&A Legal teams regarding all tax aspects of M&A matters/projects.- Together with the M&A Tax Manager and/or with external advisors, you provide independent, comprehensive and business-oriented tax advice in all areas of a deal, including the Due Diligence phase, SPA negotiations, deal structuring, and post-deal integration.- You work alongside other teams to develop and implement the re-organisation of existing global Delivery Hero legal structures (structural clean-up projects, internal asset/share transfers etc.).- You interface with our regional and local legal and tax teams, as well as project managers, business teams, management, and external counsel regarding legal and regulatory topics related to our commercial operations.- You develop, and work alongside other teams to develop, and implement Delivery Hero standards in contract templates, standard clauses and other consistent tax technical terms and provisions.- You collaborate with our internal teams and external advisors regarding the tax aspects of special projects in the M&A and also the International Tax area, e.g. regarding new business initiatives, financing projects, changes in global/local tax law etc.

Your heroic skills:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in international tax law, with a focus on M&A. You have gained this working experience either in-house in a multinational company or in a Big 4 or other internationally recognised advisory firm.- You have a good understanding and interest in International Tax and M&A tax matters.- You have some level of experience in international business and negotiating cross-border agreements and are eager to further develop in this area.- You are a strategic thinker and possess analytical and problem-solving skills You possess strong communication skills combined with the right level of negotiation skills and assertiveness.- You are characterized by excellent self-organization, independence, a high level of commitment and a healthy approach to change and challenges.- You have a strong business focus and enjoy working in a team.-
- Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile, German and other language skills are an advantage.
