Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Foundry Trainer to join our team

What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct training and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. Develop, organize, and conduct training and educational programs for approved personnel. Establish and review course content and objectives for a well-integrated and unified OSINT training program. Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness. Update course documentation on a regular basis for timeliness and relevance.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance Bachelors & 2+ years of experience or Masters Degree Ability to plan, develop, and implement technical product training programs for customers, employees, and field support personnel, including standard repeatable modules, customized modules, and new product modules. Knowledge of customer and technical organizations, engineering, software, and product requirements to prepare training programs. Skills to prepare lesson plans and training materials; design product demonstrations; develop course content; determine methodology; and coordinate the development of training aids. Skills to conduct training sessions, conduct product demonstrations, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
