Job Summary:

Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Foundry Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training curricula to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on foundry operations, including hands-on training and demonstrations.
  • Establish and maintain training records, including participant progress and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance and skills.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in foundry training and education.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 9+ years of experience, or Master's degree and 7+ years of experience, or PhD or JD and 4+ years of experience.
  • Top Secret SCI clearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of foundry operations and training methods.
