Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Foundry Trainer to develop and implement technical product training programs for our customers, employees, and field support personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for approved personnel, including standard repeatable modules, customized modules, and new product modules.
  • Establish and review course content and objectives for a well-integrated and unified OSINT training program.
  • Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
  • Update course documentation on a regular basis for timeliness and relevance.
  • Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience or Master's degree.
  • Ability to plan, develop, and implement technical product training programs.
  • Knowledge of customer and technical organizations, engineering, software, and product requirements.
  • Skills to prepare lesson plans, training materials, and product demonstrations.
